The room was equipped with a refrigerator, a seating area, and a writing desk, which made the stay very enjoyable.

The staff here is very nice, the sea views are particularly good, the location is peaceful, close to the beach and bars, and I have been coming here for ten years.

Overall, I had a great time in Patong. the apartments were clean, the staff was friendly, the location was convenient with restaurants nearby, and it's close to the beach, bars.

The apartment interior and furniture were in excellent condition, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The view from the room was amazing, especially during sunset. We also appreciated the complimentary water provided daily. The pool area was a lovely place to relax and unwind.

This hotel is a great value for money with a good location on top of a slope. Basic amenities are provided in the room, which is kept in excellent condition. The staff is also very helpful and attentive.

The variety of options available ensured a great start to each day.

The owners of this hotel are extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything was spotlessly clean and the rates were very reasonable too. Although it's located up a hill, it's in a quiet and peaceful area. There's also the option of taking a tuk-tuk if you don't want to walk.

The lack of communication and upfront honesty about the transport service from the airport. the room was not up to standard and definitely not what I was expecting from what I saw online.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at NC Residence and I must say it was an impressive experience. the two bedroom apartment was not only spacious and clean, but also offered stunning views of the skyline and sea. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. the location, nestled in a peaceful cul, de, sac just 1km away from the beach, provided a serene and secluded environment. having a French restaurant and convenience store nearby made it even more convenient. the attention to detail in the room presentation, from the well, equipped mini bar to the thoughtful inclusion of WiFi, made me feel right at home.
